Arbitrators

This is one of the most significant decisions the different parties make in an arbitration, given the final and binding nature of an arbitral award. It is therefore, critical that the right arbitrator is selected in terms of competence, experience, subject matter expert, as the latter will have a significant impact on the way the arbitration proceedings are conducted, to ensure that the process is efficient, fair and cost-effective.
