Other Arbitration Rules
Arbitration Rules provide a comprehensive set of procedural rules for conducting arbitral proceedings. They are used in both Ad Hoc and Institutional Arbitrations. The rules cover the end-to-end arbitral processes from providing arbitration clause templates to setting out procedural rules for appointment of arbitrators, conduct of arbitral proceedings and establishing rules regarding the form, effect and interpretation of the award.
Typically, proceedings are conducted under the Arbitration Rules selected by parties seeking resolution to the dispute.
